The Estimate Process
The repair process following an accident can be a confusing time. At our collision centers, it’s our mission to make sure you’re getting the answers and support you need. The following are the steps of our estimate process:
Once your car is safely at one of our centers, we’ll begin to appraise the damage. Our team is highly trained to deal with collision damage and will take the time to evaluate all the exterior or interior destruction done to your car.
Evaluate Every Component
Our experienced team knows that not all damage is visible. Therefore, we’ll make sure we’re checking out the engine and other essential components to guarantee there’s no structural or mechanical damage as well. We want to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible with minimal hidden surprises, so we’ll make sure our process is thorough.
After we perform our initial evaluation of the damage on your car, your insurance company may send someone in to perform their own evaluation as well. This secondary estimate will determine what repairs your insurance will cover. If you choose to not get repairs through your insurance company, then you can skip this process and just get your estimate.
Once evaluations are complete, you’re ready for an estimate! It’s our goal to be as accurate as possible, so you can feel confident you’re fitting the repairs into your budget. If you want, you can get an estimate from more than one center, but keep in mind that there are many factors, such as quality and parts used, that can set a collision center apart from the rest.
If everything on the estimate looks good to you, we’ll begin the repair process for your car. We utilize genuine, high-quality parts, so you can feel confident your car is being well cared for.
