I took my truck in for a minor scratch on a Monday and I got it back on Wednesday, could not believe how fast they work, and the job is very professional and I would go back to this place. Thanks a lot guys.Oh, and by the way, they even have a enterprise person standing by very efficient.
I recently worked with Curt Cummings and it was an excellent experience. His level of service was outstanding. His communication was timely and professional and the repair was quick and perfectly done. I also needed a new battery and he went above and beyond by having my battery replaced, which I’m sure saved me from being stranded!
I am extremely pleased with the service I just received from Andy Mohr Collision Center! I brought my Buick Encore in for a minor cosmetic repair. They ordered the part necessary and completed the job in the same week, which is unheard of when it comes to collision repairs. I highly recommend!

They were tremendous at a time when most needed the got my vehicle in ASP and out within less than a week and me back o n the road in my own vehicle - the washed it to a sparkling clean, and cleaned the inside (of which I was ashamed of as had not had time to clean being to busy with property clean-up, moving furniture/boxes etc. to new house yet to occupy and caring for a stage I VN lung cancer victim. Wow. Detailed, fair priced, convenient, fast... they even detailed my interior (and I had just take a road trip with 2 shedding dogs and a baby) and buffed a few scratches unrelated to my repair. So kind too. They remembered me. Honestly I don’t want to need collision repair again but I truly wish I could work with this team again!

After getting into a small accident in my 2018 Terrain, I knew I had to take it to a GMC collision center for repair, as they know their brand the best. From the time of dealing with insurance to the time I picked up my vehicle, Curt, the service manager was 100% helpful and communicative. My car looks brand new again - though I hope to not ever be in another accident, I would go here time-and-time again!

I could not be happier with the service that Andy Mohr Collision Center provides! From the moment I hit something on the highway and needed towed to their facility to the day I got my vehicle back good as new, they assured me that everything would be okay and made it a quick and painless process. David and the rest of the staff at the collision center are all very helpful, understanding, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Close time is wrong on internet website said 530pm.I called ahead to let the lady know I was on my way from greenfield, In. I told her I would be right around 5pm.Got there 505pm. Doors all locked. A gentleman walked out never said anything to me. I called the auto dealer side and they were able to call over and just so happen a gentleman was still there I believe Bob. He let me in and helped me. He was actually the one who checked me in... when I left my vehicle. Thank goodness for him. They need to fix there close time on website. Plus if a customer calls and says they are on there way and you have not seen them and your going to lock up. Good customer service would have called me to check.Or do we not have that kind of customer service any more in our world. Just saying.Thank you, Bob for your good customer service.read more
The work done on my car was great, and staff was friendly and efficient.My only concern is that when I picked up my car this morning, I fell on ice in the lot. I went back in to let receptionist know, and she said she'd let someone know and I waited about 10 minutes for my car to warm up. After that, still no salt had been put down. An employee was going in, and told me to 'be careful', and I let him know I already fell. Salting should have... been a priority the day after an ice storm.read more
Great work on the body and paint. Very friendly front office staff. Lost 2 stars due to the lack of follow up and broken promises of keeping me up to date. Contact ar collision center would not return my call....would not call other times as promised. He also had an I dont care about your input or opinion attitude when I tried to offer input on how the body line looked off.At least the body repair crew did a great job.
