We used them for an insurance claim after we were rear ended. Car looked great, polite service. BUT, you guys!!!! They cleaned the inside of my car!!! That just really took alot of my plate. I got alot of kids. So, this meant alot. Thanks guys!!
Andy Mohr Hyundai has done a great job addressing my warranty issues. Larry is the service manager and has always been patient and kind. I talked to Brian in the body shop and he was always positive and helpful. I believe they are all doing the best they can.
At first, there was miscommunication as to setting up an appointment for some cosmetic damage to a new vehicle. Mr Young took it upon himself to not only rectify the situation but also provided personalized customer service that I hadn’t witnessed in a long time. Process was painless and the repair is excellent. I was kept apprised of timelines and the car was returned sooner than expected and cleaner than expected.
Excellent experience all around. Front office staff was great. Estimator was thorough and precise. They informed me of my lead times and kept a strict schedule. They updated me throughout the repair process. When the vehicle was finished, everything looked just as it did before the accident. The repairs looked flawless and I know will last the life of the vehicle. I feel extremely confident that this vehicle was repaired correctly and followed... all OEM procedures/recommendations. I had a broken driver side mirror the staff was very nice and they ordered the part on a Friday called me on the following Monday that it already came in and then worked with my schedule for that Friday and got it done in less than an hour, estimate was exactly what they said it was going to be as well, thank you for being so efficient!!!
We hit a deer while on vacation. Thankfully, the car was still drivable when we got home. We took the car to Andy Mohr Collision to have it fixed. We could not have been more satisfied with the customer service and the way we were treated. The manager Dave was very nice. Our representative was Bill and he was awesome. He met all of our needs and answered all of our questions. When we got the car back, we were very pleased with how nice it... looked. You couldn’t tell where they had to blend in the paint and the front of the car looked just like it did when we purchased it in June. If we were to have any other incidents, I would gladly contact Andy Mohr Collision and have them do the work.read more

I recently visited this collision center after a car accident at one of the worst times in my life, I was treated with nothing but kindness and empathy and put my faith in Brian & Lindsey, and came out on top with great service, amazing customer service, and my car feels like new again and I will always come here if needed because I know they will do their best to do right by me.
It was incredibly fast and efficient. My car sunroof drains were clogged up and the day before I had 2 inches of standing water in my cab. I called them up the next day and 10 mins later I was there with an immediate response, they took my car back and it took about 5 mins for them to blow it out and fix the draining problem! All in all 20 minutes and the best part? IT WAS FREE. All the pain of looking up random diy things on YouTube just to... know that the solution is one call away. The entire process was extremely easy and care free, my insurance company took care of everything. My only complaint was the estimated time of 5-7 business days turned into 3.5 weeks and maybe i would have liked to get updated when it ran past the estimated time frame. They did allow my car to stay there until I got someone to pick it up since I was out of state when it was completed so that's a plus.
