I had a broken driver side mirror the staff was very nice and they ordered the part on a Friday called me on the following Monday that it already came in and then worked with my schedule for that Friday and got it done in less than an hour, estimate was exactly what they said it was going to be as well, thank you for being so efficient!!!
We hit a deer while on vacation. Thankfully, the car was still drivable when we got home. We took the car to Andy Mohr Collision to have it fixed. We could not have been more satisfied with the customer service and the way we were treated. The manager Dave was very nice. Our representative was Bill and he was awesome. He met all of our needs and answered all of our questions. When we got the car back, we were very pleased with how nice it... looked. You couldn’t tell where they had to blend in the paint and the front of the car looked just like it did when we purchased it in June. If we were to have any other incidents, I would gladly contact Andy Mohr Collision and have them do the work.read more

I recently visited this collision center after a car accident at one of the worst times in my life, I was treated with nothing but kindness and empathy and put my faith in Brian & Lindsey, and came out on top with great service, amazing customer service, and my car feels like new again and I will always come here if needed because I know they will do their best to do right by me.
It was incredibly fast and efficient. My car sunroof drains were clogged up and the day before I had 2 inches of standing water in my cab. I called them up the next day and 10 mins later I was there with an immediate response, they took my car back and it took about 5 mins for them to blow it out and fix the draining problem! All in all 20 minutes and the best part? IT WAS FREE. All the pain of looking up random diy things on YouTube just to... know that the solution is one call away. Andy Mohr collision center is top notch. I went in and showed them my insurance paperwork and they got my car scheduled for repairs 2 days after dropping off the insurance paperwork. After they dealt with my insurance I had my car back in a week and a half. When I got it back it looked brand new and the inside had been cleaned and they made my car smell brand new also. I was extremely impressed. Definitely recommend them. Great staff they are... very nice and pleasant to talk to as well. If you have any questions they are always happy to help.read more
Great experience. Tommy took complete care of my claim and made sure I was taken care of. I probably made it difficult due to being on a deadline for repairs, but Tommy was able to drive the schedule to meet deadlines. Great company, great repairs, and great people.
